As part of our mission the Gift and Guidance Ministry Team is responsible for the following:
1) The treasurer and financial secretary shall report to this committee but are not required to be a member of the committee.
2) Promotes and conducts stewardship education through discovery, affirmation and employment of time, talents and resources gifted by God to the body as individuals.
3) Promotes the resourceful and faithful use of congregational resources.
4) Prepares, with guidance and input from the various council committees, and Proposes the annual budget to the council for approval.
5) Presents approved budget to the congregation.
6) Provides guidance to the council and committees as requested or directed by the council or committees.
7) Suggests practice and policy changes to the council which comply with laws and safeguard parishioners and staff.
8) Forms a sub-committee for monitoring and distribution of Memorial gifts provided to the church.
Our team is also part of the Media Team that helps with our microphones, and live streaming our Church Services each week.
