Our Property and Facilities Team manages long-term planning, administration, inventory, repair, replacement, protection, and use of all church property on behalf of the congregation.
This is done by:
1) Oversees the care, protection, repair, maintenance and decoration of all church property.
2) Supervises the purchase and installation of all new equipment.
3) Develops replacement schedule for existing critical equipment.
4) Develops and updates job descriptions and job outlines for committee responsibilities.
5) Recommends and supervises custodians and all contract help in conjunction with the council.
6) Maintains up-to-date records of all property and equipment.
7) Conducts periodic insurance reviews
